Now’s the time to start putting some serious effort into your arm workouts. The best way to build muscle is to perform resistance exercises using a variety of repetition ranges. Incorporate heavy compound lifts along with lighter weight isolation exercises to sculpt your arms in no time! Give this workout a try:

10 reps        Chin ups (assisted, if needed)
20 reps        Resistance band bicep curls
10 reps        Arnold shoulder press
max reps     Tricep push ups (on a bench, if needed)
20 reps        Tricep dips

Perform the exercises as a circuit. Repeat circuit 3-4 times, twice a week.
