Kat is awesome! She makes working out fun. We chat and laugh, grunt and sweat and she manages to distract me just enough to not feel the burn quite so much...until later in the day when my muscles are fatigued from head to toe and more than I ever thought possible! Her extensive personal training experience shows in her toolkit of exercises, her attention to detail and eye for technique. As a coach, she is great at gauging my limits and motivating me to reach them. I struggle with lower back issues and I feel like any concerns I voice are heard and respected with work arounds and modifications. I really appreciate the variety in her circuits too. I really enjoy the workouts. The time goes by so fast, I think because it feels like I'm just hanging out with a friend.
